Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and Texas quarterback Colt McCoy have been invited to New York City for the Heisman Trophy presentation later this month.

Suh and McCoy both created headaches for Missouri this season. Suh had an interception, forced a fumble, and totaled six tackles (including one for loss) in the Huskers’ 27-12 comeback win over Mizzou in October.

McCoy threw 26 completions on 31 attempts for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Tigers. Texas took a 35-7 halftime lead on the way to an easy 41-7 primetime win in Columbia.

Meanwhile, Nebraska prepares to play Arizona in the Holiday Bowl, while Texas will play Alabama in the national championship game.

The other Heisman candidates are Stanford running back Toby Gerhart, Alabama running back Mark Ingram and Florida quarterback Tim Tebow.
